Tuna Salad Avocado Sandwiches Tuna Salad Avocado Sandwiches
This sandwich was so good. The pesto combined with the tuna balanced well. The avocado and English peas added to the flavour profile. I think I used the right amount of each ingredient as not to overwhelm anyone thing making it a one note flavour.I had plenty leftover for more sandwiches at least 6 sandwiches in total. Just add bread. skunkmonkey101 -

A Healthier Tuna Salad A Healthier Tuna Salad
Skip the mayonnaise. A healthy tuna salad can be just the opposite laden with mayonnaise. My recipe calls for protein packed greek yogurt with the flavor of a good for you fat from the avocado. Lighter but packed with a delightful blend of flavors. I love Wasa multi grain crackers and their light rye crackers to serve this on. A bed of lettuce would be excellent too. Taylor Topp Comacho -
