Ingredients

  1. 1 cantuna, drained
  2. 1avocado
  3. 1/2celery stick, chopped
  4. 1 tbspchopped almonds
  5. 3 tbsprelish
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Halve avocado and place in bowl with rest of the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Smash all ingredients together and your done.

  3. 3

    Serve on bread or, cut out the carbs and serve inside the left over avocado shells!
