This is a more interesting way to prepare your breakfast eggs.
Steps

Heat your oil in a pan; add your garlic and fry for a few seconds. Turn down the heat; add your onions and saute till translucent.

Add you tomatoes and chillies; fry for a few minutes before adding your bell pepper.

Break the eggs into a bowl; add salt and beat till frothy. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Once the eggs are sufficiently cooked, turn off heat and serve with fried plantains.
