Chocolate Burfi/ Fudge

Steps

Heat pan on a medium flame. Add butter and let it melt

Add condensed milk and mix it well with the butter.

Add milk powder and cocoa powder and keep stirring until well combined.

Keep the flame to medium and mix well so that there are no lumps.

In 4 - 5 minutes the mixture will be ready

Add chopped Cashew nuts and give it a mix. Turn off the flame

Cover a tray with butter paper and grease with butter or ghee. Transfer the burfi mixture.

Press and spread it evenly with a spatula depending upon the thickness required

Top it with chopped cashew nuts and Grated Chocolate. Press little.

Set the burfi in refrigerator for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes remove from refrigerator and cut it into desired pieces.
