Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 250 mlsboiled maize and beans
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1Onion
  4. 2Large tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsproyco
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut Onions and tomatoes. Fry onions in oil until golden brown. Add in tomatoes and stir.

  2. 2

    Stir Continously until soft. Then add in the boiled Githeri. Add salt and stir properly.

  3. 3

    Add in water (a half a glass) dissolve royco in 30mls of water.
