Ingredients

15-30min
2 servings
  • 300 gnoodles
  • 2table spoons miso paste
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • Pre cooked Pork(choose quantity)
  • Sea weed

Steps

15-30min
  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan then add the noodles and cook for 5mins.

    In another pan make the miso base. Add the miso paste and wine and cook till it dissolves. I added 2 cups water then salk and pepper and let it come to a boil.

    When serving as the soup then the noodles and then add your toppings. Pork and sea weed.

    If you cook using two pans out will take half the time (15min). Surprise your loved ones.
