Mango
Clear soda (like Sprite or 7 Up)

I use a medium-sized mango, the size of my fist. Choose a ripe, sweet mango. Peel the mango and slice it. Put the slices inside an ice lolly mold.

Pour just enough soda until the mold is full.

Put the mold in the freezer for several hours.
