There is something about marinating. If you dislike pork because of the smell try marinating it works wonders. I used ginger and garlic only.

There is something about marinating. If you dislike pork because of the smell try marinating it works wonders. I used ginger and garlic only.
Steps

Slice your meat in small pieces. Grate the ginger and garlic, add to the meat mix well.

Add soy sauce mix well, cover and marinate for atlist 30 minutes. The longer the marination the better.

Place the pork on heat and let it cook without extra ingredient. The soysauce prevents the sticking.

Cook for atleast 30 minutes. Ensure all the oil is dry before removing keep stirring well untill it dry out.

Plate and serve with grated vegetables.
