Steps

Add salt & 1 tsp ghee /oil in a flour. Add water & knead soft dough. Divide equal portions of dough. Roll it & flatten thin roti with roller pin. Make 2 equal size Roties. Spread ghee/oil over roti. Sprinkle flour.

Now place upma layer over roti. Cover with another roti. Seal edges. Press with fork.

Heat tawa. Place parantha carefully. Roast it on medium flame both sides until golden. Drizzle ghee or oil.

Take it out in dish. Cut it with pizza cutter.

Open upper layers.

Serve hot with tomato sauce Or curd.
