4 servings

4 cupplain flour ( all purpose flour)
1 packagesactive dry yeast
2 tspsalt
1 tspsugar
1 tbspcooking oil
1 1/2 cupwarm water

Steps

Mix together all dry ingredients

Add oil and water and mix together

Knead for 10 mins put in a lightly greased bowl cover and leave to double in size approximately 30 to 60 mins

Press or roll out and put on a baking sheet. Top with topping of your choice. Cook on gas 7 for 20 mins
