Ingredients

4 servings

2 bundlesor large bag of Collard Greens
1/2 lb.Bacon
1large Onion
1-32 oz.Box Chicken Broth
1Salt & Pepper to Taste
1cook on medium heat covered about a hour. checking and stirrin

I first dice my bacon and onion & saute them in a pan.

After I have de stemmed and washed my greens I add them to the pot. Add salt and pepper

Then I pour the entire box of chichen broth.

I want to know how to cook collard greens in I don't know how.. I love me some greens. In out of the ones I saw. U have one of the best
