Ingredients

  1. For ragda
  2. 1 bowlcooked white peas
  3. 1 cuponion paste
  4. 1 cupchopped tomato
  5. 1 tbsppaste of ginger garlic greenchilli, coriander and jeera
  6. 1 tbspchole masala
  7. as neededSalt
  8. 1 tbspredchilli powder
  9. 1 tbspOil
  10. Patty
  11. 2mashed potato
  12. Pinchsalt
  13. 1fine chopped onion
  14. 1fine chopped green chilli
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Garnish - Sev,Coriander,Chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    First make patties,. Mix all ingredients and make small flat tikki. And shallow fry it

  2. 2

    For ragda heat oil and add paste we made and fry it till it become slightly golden

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes and cooked till it become mushy

  4. 4

    Now add onion paste and add chole masala and red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Addsalt and cooked cooked white peas and mix it and let it cook till you see oil on top.

  6. 6

    Now take patty in plate pour while peas gravy on top and garnish it with sev, chopped onion and coriander.
