Just wanted a salad dressing and didn't had the ingredients for a ranch dressing so I used what I had on the fridge and the pantry. Don't forget to share your final photo :D

1avocado
1/4onion
1 cupolive oil, extra virgin
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
salt
ground black pepper
1/2 cuplemon juice

Chop the onion and the garlic in medium pieces to make it easier to blend (avocado is more soft so doing this step is optional for it)

Mix all ingredients into the blender and blend it to the chosen consistency
