Peel and cut plantain.heat up the pan.

Add groundnut oil,immediately is hot sprinkle salt on the plantain.

Put the plantain gradually,fry for 3mins.

Parboil the beans for 35minutes.

Wash the beans and put back on heat.

As it boiling,add onion,ginger and garlic.boil for 7mins.

Add salt,crayfish,maggi cubes,pepper,boil it for 10mins.

Pour in the palmoil and boil for another 5mins.uncover and stir with a wooden stirrer.

Cover and boil for 5minutes.uncover and taste for salt.
