  1. 1 packages2 layer size yellow cake mix
  2. 1 packages3.4 oz. Vanilla Instant Pudding
  3. 1 cupCold milk
  4. 1 1/2 cupThawed cool whip, divided
  5. 1 packages4 oz. Bakers Semi-Sweet Chocolate

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Prepare cake batter as directed on box.

  3. 3

    Let cupcakes cool completely

  4. 4

    Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk for minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cut cupcakes in half horizontally

  6. 6

    Whip 1/2 cup cool whip into pudding

  7. 7

    Spoon mixture onto bottom half of cupcakes, about 1 tbsp.

  8. 8

    Cover with tops

  9. 9

    Microwave remaining cool whip and chocolate on high for 1-1/2 minutes

  10. 10

    Stir until blended. Let stand 15 minutes

  11. 11

    Spread on top of cupcakes

  12. 12

    Refrigerate 15 minutes
