Mom's Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  1. 3chicken breasts
  2. 1 packagestortilla
  3. 8 ozsour cream
  4. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  5. 1 canchopped green chile
  6. 1 packagescheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil chicken

  2. 2

    Drain, chop chicken

  3. 3

    Mix sour cream and cream of chicken and cheese (save some before adding chicken)

  4. 4

    Add chile's

  5. 5

    Add chicken mix into to tortillias

  6. 6

    Wrap up tortillas in pan

  7. 7

    Place in pan

  8. 8

    Spread last bit of mix on the top with cheese

  9. 9

    Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese melts

Did this already. I just omit the green chili's and add broth. My daughter doesn't like spicy.
