1/2 stickbutter
1 cupdiced cooked ham
1 cuppacked down spinach
1diced red onion
1 cupdiced feta cheese
1 cupshredded cheese (i used Colby)
10beaten eggs

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°. Sauté red onion and ham in butter until onions are soft and tender.

Add spinach and cook until just wilted.

Add eggs and cheeses. Bake 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
