Ingredients

  • 1 sachetagar-agar
  • 500 mlwater
  • 3 sachetsinstant coffee (I used Nesc@fe)
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • Condensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine agar-agar, water, coffee, and sugar in a pot.

  2. 2

    Use medium heat and stir until the sugar and agar-agar powder dissolve.

  3. 3

    Turn off the heat when it's boiling. Pour into mold.

  4. 4

    When it has cooled, cut into cubes and serve with condensed milk.

Ok, this isn't a question, but I stumbled on Saiki K on Funimation one day and now my boyfriend and I love the show. Soooo we decided to try to make coffee jelly and see what the big deal was! So glad I found your recipe!! Thanks!
