  1. 1 kgbadi green and red chilli (Wash it & dry it fir halka sa cut lagakr side par rakh do)
  2. MASALA recipe
  3. 1/2 -tbspMustard oil
  4. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 250 grms Gur
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1 /2 tspWhite vinegar
  8. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    METHOD in a pan add oil Add ginger garlic pasten fry it. Add gur, red chilli powder, salt and cook fr fw mins. Add vinegar.after that add chilles and mix well Our chatpata chilli pickle is ready 2 eat.
