2medium size potatoes(cubes)
2medium size onion (chopped)
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspcumin seeds
3 tspmustard oil
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspsalt to taste
as neededfinely chopped coriander levels

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and saute for 1 minutes.

Add potatoes and onions with all spices, mix very well.

Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium flames stir occasionally.

Add coriander leaves mix it. Serve hot with chapati.
