  1. 2 lbchicken breasts
  2. 3 eachred and green peppers
  3. 2 eachyellow onion
  4. 1 1/2 cuporange juice
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1/4 cupfajita seasoning

    Cut chicken into thin strips about 1/4 in, julienne peppers and onions, then marinate in the rest of the ingredients. Portion 4 oz of chicken and 4 oz of peppers and onions and wrap in foil. Grill until tin foil puffs up. Serve with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
