Bech bech me check karein.jab baingan pak jaye to use nikal le.

Ab usi kadahi me thora oil dale.onion, green chillies,ginger dal ke 2minute pakaye.ab usme tomato add karein.2-3mnt tomato soft hone tak pakaye.ab usme sare dry masale dale.oil seprate hone tak pakaye.

Ab usme allu dale.ache se mix karein.low flame par allu pakne tak pakaye. (Ap chahe to thora pani add kar sakte hai)

Ab ek serving plate me sides me masala baingan dale aur beech me masala allu dalu.garam roti ke sath serve karein.
