In a kadai add ghee. When gets hot add gond in little portion at a time and fry. Keep aside

Add makhane in same kadai later and fry makhanas

In same ghee fry all chopped Dryfruits like cashew almonds and raisins and set aside

Dry roast dessicated dry coconut on low flame and set aside
- 5
Dry roast khuskhus and set aside.

In a mixer jar add cooled makhanas and make powder. Same with fried gond

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

In a kadai add remaining ghee and jaggery. Stirr continuesly till we get one string consistency then add the mixture to it and mix well.

Let the mixture get cool then add ghee roasted besan mixture to it.

Once it gets cool give a shape of ladoo.
