  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1carrot
  • 1Ts cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop tomatoes and onions, grate the carrot

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan, heat pan and add onions, let the onions fry till golden brown add tomatoes and carrots

  3. 3

    Add the eggs and fry till cooked

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
