stir rogether the chocolate chips, sweetened condenced milk, and butter, in large microwave proof bowl

heat in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds

remove from microwave, add cream, stir until smooth

add nutella, return to microwave for 1 minute

stir in vanilla

stir in chopped pecans

add confectioners sugar, stir until smooth

swirl in marshmallow cream

pour into 8 inch by 8 inch cake pan lined with wax paper

chill in refrigerator for 2 hours until firm

cut into squares
