  • 1 cupsoaked moong dhuli dal
  • 2 inchginger
  • 3green chilli
  • Pinchheeng
  • as neededThick yougart
  • to tasteCoriander chutney
  • to tasteImali khajoor ki chutney
  • to tasteChat masala
  • 1 pktEno fruit salt

Steps

    Soaked dal over night

  2. 2

    Grind with ginger &green chilli

  3. 3

    Add salt, heeng &eno in grinded dal

  4. 4

    Pour mixture in mushroom idali stand

  5. 5

    Made idali

  6. 6

    Beat curd &mix salt

  7. 7

    Soak idali in thick curd sprinkle bhuna jeera, red chilli powder, chat masala

  8. 8

    Pour khatti meethi chutney..
