  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 1/4 tspbutter
  • 1jam

    Break eggs into a bowl

  2. 2

    Add flour, milk and salt

  3. 3

    Whisk till ingredients combine

  4. 4

    Heat pan and let butter melt

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into pan and let sit till bottom side browns then flip over

  6. 6

    Add jam and enjoy
