Stir fried rice, chicken stew and fried plantain
I'm so tired of eating white rice because it became boring and have this bland taste that never goes with stew so I decided to tweak it.
Stir fried rice, chicken stew and fried plantain
I'm so tired of eating white rice because it became boring and have this bland taste that never goes with stew so I decided to tweak it.
Steps
- 1
Add oil to pot and heat before adding chopped carrots and runner peas
- 2
After one minute of constant stiring add your chopped onions and green pepper with little salt
- 3
Stir for another one minute then add your stock cube
- 4
Add your dark soy sauce and stir
- 5
Perboil your rice, wash then cook till almost dog to avoid marshy and soggy rice (Now if you have chicken stock use it to boil the rice after per boiling instead of water just to give the rice its own taste even though it's almost the process for fried rice but no harm in trying it). Stir under low heat and make sure it comes out dry
