cakes
1 1/2 tspcornstarch
1/4 tspground black pepper
10 ozof canned tuna
1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
curried onions
1 largeonion, chopped
1/4 tspcurry powder
1/4 tspseasoned salt I used Lawerys brand
1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder
2 tbspbutter
curry sauce
2 tbspmayonnaise
1 tspcurry powder
1/4 tspdill weed

Mix the cornstarch tuna, and pepper. Form into cakes. Then fry in oil. Get crunchy on both sides. Set on paper towels.

Heat pan add butter. Fry the onions adding curry powder and seasoned salt.

When the onions are just becoming caramelized they are done. Add to top of cakes.

Mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, and dill weed.
