Been using this recipe for a while now and its supposed to be a texas road house copy recipe. I can coat 5 ribeyes with this tasty seasoning rub. I save empty spice jars and store this spice mixture in them so I have it on hand.

Just wanted to make my own rub. Ton of flavor and not too salty.

I make this marinade all the time and I usually know how much seasoning to put so you might have to adjust the amounts to what you would like.

A simple spice rub. The meat tenderizer I choose is MSG free it's Adolf 's meat tenderizer.

I ran out of my favorite steak seasoning and no way to get to the store. So, I did what any self respecting cook would do. I went online, found several recipes and came up with my own version. So? And low and behold, I like it. I hope you do too.
