Every time we go for sushi we always get these beef rolls and they're delish! I decided I would make them at home and now they have been a party fave for 2 years. Great warm app while the main is cooking. Super easy! Enjoy! (Don't photograph well but they're so yummy!)

Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 2 tbspSweet soya sauce
  • 1 tbspkikkomon teriyaki marinade/sauce
  • 1 tsprice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tspfish sauce
  • 1/3 lbvery thinly sliced rib eye Beef (Chinese hot pot thin beef)
  • 1 packagesenoki Mushrooms
  • 1Green onion thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak enoki Mushrooms in a bowl of hot water for 30 min

  2. 2

    Marinade beef using ingredients above for 30 min

    Carefully unroll the beef slices, place a bit of the mushrooms on one end, and roll up.

  4. 4

    Cook on a grill pan (or bbq) on medium high for about 3 min (beef is so thin it will only take a few mins)

  5. 5

    Drizzle with a little more sweet soya and sprinkle with green onions and serve . Enjoy 😊😊
