  1. enchilada group
  2. 10 1/2 ozcheese sauce.
  3. 210 ounce enchilada sauce.
  4. 1 candiced peppers.
  5. 1 canrotel tomatos.
  6. 2 lbground meat.
  7. 2 cupshredded taco cheese.
  8. 15 ozcan refried beans.
  9. 1tortilla shells
  10. 1frito corn chips

  1. 1

    Cook & drain 2 lbs of ground meat.

  2. 2

    Add can of enchilada sauce, diced chili's, refried beans, & taco cheese to meat & stir over low heat.

  3. 3

    In separate bowl, mix rotel tomatoes, cheese sauce, & enchilada sauce together.

  4. 4

    Add meat mixture to shell, layer Frito chips on top, roll shell.

  5. 5

    Add sauce & enjoy.
