This is chilli recipe can be used as plain chilli topped with some cheddar cheese also! I just thought I'd spice it up a little and add it to some hot dogs ;) enjoy!

This is chilli recipe can be used as plain chilli topped with some cheddar cheese also! I just thought I'd spice it up a little and add it to some hot dogs ;) enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround beef
  2. 1 canTomato sauce 15 oz
  3. 2 tbspTomato paste
  4. 1 cansmall red beans 15.5 oz
  5. 1 tbspGoya Adobo Seasoning
  6. 1 tbspChilli powder
  7. 1 tspGround cumin
  8. 1 cupshredded Cheddar cheese
  9. 1 packagesbeef hot dogs
  10. 1 packageshot dog buns

Cooking Instructions

    Season ground beef with Adobo seasoning then cook til brown. Then drain.

    Add chilli powder and cumin and let cook for an additional 2 minutes.

    Add drained beans, tomato sauce, & tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

    Cook your hot dogs however you like either before chilli is done or after, your choice. (I do it on the grill)

    Add the finished hot dog to the bun and top with some chilli and melted cheddar cheese.
