Wanted to make a yummy version of salsbury steak that wasn't fake processed meat.

Salt and pepper all pieces of cube steak both sides

Sear both sides meat in hot pan

Add to pot with broth, onion soup mix, water and gravy mix. Mix well.

Add mushroom pieces, mix well.

Cover on med high heat simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.
