4 mediumCucumber
2 mediumTomato
1 smallOnion OR 2-3 green onion
1 canBlack olives
2 tbspOlive oil
1 eachLime
1 tbspDry mint
1as needed Salt

Steps

Chop up cucumber, tomato, onion and olives into small pieces (i just half the olives)
2

Drizzle olive oil and lime (or lemon if you like) over the salad. Crush mint in your palms and add to salad.. Add your salt right before serving
