Steps

Peel the potatoes and clean well.

Cut the potatoes into thin stick like shapes

Heat up oil in a frying pan.
- 4
Add the potatoes and fry.
- 5
In the meantime clean the tomato.
- 6
Chop the onion and tomato and place in a bowl. Add salt and leave
- 7
Remove the chips from the fire. Serve with the kachumbari
