Ingredients

  1. Halfcup ogbono
  2. 3bulbs onions
  3. 2 pieceokpehe locust bean
  4. 6 cubesMaggi
  5. Small quantity of bitter leaf a hand full
  6. 1 cupread oil
  7. 1 tea spoonsalt
  8. 1sizeable fresh fish

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water to steam both the fish and the bitter leaf with small salt

  2. 2

    Put the dry pot on the to fry the oil to faint.

  3. 3

    Pour the pounded pepper with the onions and the okpehe together with the Maggi into the oil.

    After a while add a little water.. And leave to boil

    Pour the steamed fish into the boiling water with the ingredients okpehe, Maggi pepper and onions

    Allow for a while and taste to know the quantity of salt to add.

    After 10to 15 minutes add the ogbono and stir for it to mix then add the bitter leaf and leave it to absorb...

    And your bitter leaf ogbono and fish is ready for yumyum
