Ingredients

  1. 1onion chopped
  2. 1meat cubes
  3. 2tomatoe cubes
  4. 1carrot cubes
  5. 1potatoe cubes
  6. 1black pepper and seven pepper if available
  7. 1tomatoe paste
  8. 1salt and oil
  9. 1american rice cooked
  10. 1 cangreen peas
  11. 1garlic crushed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    fry onions garlic meat then add all the other ingredients, boil with 2 to 3 cups of water till become well cooked

  2. 2

    serve it with rice
