1 lbimmitation crab
1 tbspminced garlic
1 stickbutter
1 pinchpepper

peel apart immitation crab, and put in large skillet

add butter and garlic to skillet

turn on stovetop to mid heat (5-6 on a dial)

add pepper to taste, and stir frequently unless you want some of it to become browned and crispy

once the immitation crab is soft, remove from heat

put over pasta and enjoy!
