1 mediumzucchini, grated
1 mediumcarrot, grated
1zest of 1 lemon
1 can14.5 oz chicken or veggie broth
1 1/2 tsplemon thyme or reg thyme
1parmesan, optional

add cup of orzo, cook until lightly toasted, 2 min

add zucchini and carrot, cook two mins
4

add broth and zest

bring to boil cook 10mins and until broth is absorbed

stir occasionally

stir in thyme and parmesan
