Peel the potatoes

Clean them thoroughly

Put the sweet potatoes in a sufuria,add water and bring them to boil for 20 minutes.

Then add the Irish potatoes bring them to boil together. For the remaining 25 mins.

When ready, put them in a bowl and mash well till smooth.

Add the blue band and mix well till smooth.

Serve with beef stew and some vegetables.
