Sukad Chutney
Sukads are dried baby shrimps.
Steps

Heat oil in iron tawa or kadhai and add jeera, crushed garlic and green chilli. When chilli and garlic gets slight golden add onion and tomato.

When onion gets translucent add red chilli powder and garam masala with coriamder. Add sukad jn it.sprinkle some water and let it cook tillit shows oil on top.
