Take pan. Water to boil. Add Amla. For softness

Take another pan. Add oil.add hing jeera saunf.

Take a bowl add mirchi haldi and some water.

Then this batter add in that oil.

Then saute for 5 min.

When Amla become soft. And do cool and grate it.

Then these Amla put in oil batter

Saute it 5 min. Then add garam masala coriander powder.

Then add salt and Jaggery.

After 6-8 min. That's Ready to serve
