Steps

Heat oil in pressure cooker

Add finely chopped onion and potato cubes together and fry them till onion and potatoes change it's colour

Now add chopped tomatoes garlic and ginger

Add all the dry masala leaving garam masala

Add salt also

Cook it till it leaves oil

Now add garam masala and 1 glass water and close the lid and cook it for 2 whistle

Off the gas and let the pressure release

Take it out in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with chapati or steamed rice
