  • 1 tbsppumpkin pie seasoning
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspground white pepper
  • 3 tbspbutter; melted
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1salt

    Toss potatoes with melted butter and oil. Season.

    Roast at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.
