Boilled 1 cup quinoa

Chopped onion and paprika ( aside )

After the quinoa done, mix all together in a bowl as follow : chopped onion and chopped paprika, add salt, pepper, eggs, oregano, chopped bassilicum. Mix all together well, keep aside. Meanwhile prepared oven pre-heat 200 c, and prepare cups for quinoa dough. Rub the cup with a bit olive oil. And add quinoa dough to cups and put into oven for 25 minutes ( or a bit more longer, depends on the thickness). Put out the quinoa with a stick, it supposed to be easier to put out from the cup. And served it with pizza sauce or any kind of tomato sauce you like. Finish!
