Pulled Pork, Korean Style, slow cooker

All I can say is OMG!
What a great thing for any varieties of eating style. Lettuce wraps, rolls, tacos, even spring rolls. Pretty easy to make, tastes really good. The recipe offers some adjustments to customize to your taste. This is great for parties, a larger pork butt can be used and the recipe scales easily. I used a 4 pound one in this recipe, but it works for 4-5 pound roasts just as is. Actually the pictures are a 4 pound.
