I was looking for a cheaper way to make Mac & cheese but with the same flavor with out having to buy milk or velveeta the only brand name I used was the Cheddar cheese soup

I was looking for a cheaper way to make Mac & cheese but with the same flavor with out having to buy milk or velveeta the only brand name I used was the Cheddar cheese soup
Steps

Pre heat oven to 350

Cook pasta to almost done about 6 min drain cool set aside

In sauce pan on medium heat add butter and flour to make roux
- 4
Add chicken stock one cup at a time till thick like gravy
- 5
Add both cans of soup and heat up
- 6
Whisk in all cheese a little at a time
- 7
Add cheese mix to pasta and mix
- 8
Dump pasta and cheese mix in grease baking pan cook for 45 min until golden brown and bubbly around edges
