Ingredients

1 hour 5 mins
6 servings
  1. 1 boxsmall pasta elbows or shells (I use whole wheat)
  2. 4 tbspunsalted butter
  3. 4 tbspall-purpose flour
  4. 3 cupchicken broth
  5. 1 cancheddar cheese soup
  6. 1 canreduce fat cream of chicken soup
  7. 2 cupcheddar cheese
  8. 2 cupSwiss cheese

Steps

    Pre heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Cook pasta to almost done about 6 min drain cool set aside

  3. 3

    In sauce pan on medium heat add butter and flour to make roux

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock one cup at a time till thick like gravy

  5. 5

    Add both cans of soup and heat up

  6. 6

    Whisk in all cheese a little at a time

  7. 7

    Add cheese mix to pasta and mix

  8. 8

    Dump pasta and cheese mix in grease baking pan cook for 45 min until golden brown and bubbly around edges
