Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspButter
  2. 1 cupWhite Sugar
  3. 2eggs, (separated)
  4. 1 1/2 cupFlour
  5. 1/3 cupMilk
  6. 1 1/2 cupblueberries
  7. 1Icing sugar, for dusting

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter

  2. 2

    Add sugar and egg yolk.

  3. 3

    Add alternately flour and milk

  4. 4

    Add well beaten egg whites

  5. 5

    Divide mix in half. Place half in bottom of pan and cover with floured berries place remaining batter over berries.

  6. 6

    Cook for 25 minutes on 350°. When cool dust with icing sugar
