  • 400 gramsPasta
  • 2 cupLeek, chopped
  • 3 cupPomodori pelati (whole tomatoes)
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 cupFeta cheese, crumbled
  • 1Salt
  • 1Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions

    In a pan, add olive oil, leek and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

    Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes

    Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
