Chop methi finely

Peel and cut potato into small pieces.

Take a kadai and put one karchi oil and put jeera and chopped sabut lal mirch and chopped garlic cloves.

Put methi and aloo in kadai

Add haldi,namak and lal mirch.

Add one glass water.
- 7
Cook on high flame for 5min and then on low flame for 20min.

Stir in between.
